Sustainable Design

Moses Engineering has a long history of participation in integrating energy savings features in our designs. Performing hundreds of energy audits and being actively involved in the federally funded Technical Assistance Program, we basically put the “green” in designing green long before it was popular. Our entrenchment in assisting institutional clients to qualify for millions of dollars in federal funding for energy saving projects has helped to shape the design philosophy of our firm. We strategically study not only basic energy savings features, but we also review and understand the sizing criteria needed for piping and ductwork considerations used for pump and fan energy. Energy awareness has helped to propel our company to be a leader in sustainable design awareness.
