Moses Engineering can provide a turn key energy focused project. We bring this solution by way of our Retro Commissioning (Retro-Cx) services. We do this by merging the elements of traditional energy audit services, existing functional testing, design and final commissioning services. The energy audit and functional test phase that results in a list of facility improvement measures (FIMs) that are developed with estimated construction cost, energy savings and return on investment calculations. Once the FIMs are selected, Moses can provide the necessary designs needed to implement the project FIMs. The final step may also include a final commissioning effort that ensures the FIMs and the operational and energy goals are achieved. Unlike many of the energy programs available to a client, Moses strongly believes in an accountable based solution that is reflected in the final energy bills.
